A few weeks ago my father passed away and he was buried at a national cemetery in California. As me and my family were driving to California from Colorado, we stayed the night each way in Tempe. I booked the first night at the Tempe ASU Research Park Hilton Garden Inn. Coming back, I mistakenly booked the return hotel at Tempe ASU Hilton Garden Inn. Ok hotel, literally the worst customer service I’ve had! The management Alison is very inconsiderate. I booked using for more than 3 days for a work trip. My items were removed from my room. Management stated she tried to call, however did not call the right number. She stated she sent an email which I never received, then she stated that she didn’t see the new reservation I made my items are in the office. And charges me $50 for a late check out ?
