I had an exceptional experience last week when I flew in early in the day for a same day in Phoenix. I had a horrible migraine and asked to be allowed to check in early, and the wonderful lady at the desk acquiesced, which was so helpful because I was really struggling with the unrelenting migraine. She also arranged for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport after I landed (I called only after I had arrived in Phoenix), and that was such a relief. The Jacuzzi surface was being resurfaced, thank God. The pool should be next. It hurts to step on it. The rooms are great, the food is very good, tasty (texture, combination, flavors). I will be going back to this hotel when in Phoenix AZ
This HGI is our goto hotel for our preflight and postflight overnights in Phoenix. It's a great location for access to the airport (they have a frequent shuttle) and an excellent on-site restaurant. The hotel staff has always been friendly and helpful, but two regulars in the restaurant, Raul and Beatriz, have been outstanding: excellent cutomer service and very friendly.
