Everything was good but pillows were so flat and no free breakfast
Everyone was very nice
I had a magnificent stay at the Hilton garden Inn Phoenix airport, 9/22/26. Karen, our front desk attendant, was especially kind, considerate and helpful. She is quite the asset and a lovely draw to your hotel, bubble wrap her and have her teach classes. All of our Shuttle drivers were great, especially Eric! He made sure that I had allll the detail about the hotel and area. Such a gent!
Nice hotel close to the airport and downtown. We came here to watch some concerts downtown, and it was a short Uber ride to and from
Amazing hotel 7 minutes from the airport and great service at the front desk from Karen. Free airport shuttle and arrived quickly. Hotel was recently renovated and it shows. Rooms are spacious and the AC is great. Definitely recommend. Would stay again.
