My 16 yr old daughter was stuck in Phoenix after her plane had mechanical issues, and I called to book a room for her but was denied. Her friend is turning 18 in two days, and we were still denied a room. The hotel supervisor would rather have these young girls stuck at the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, AZ than allow them to check-in. So, I parked in the parking lot at the hotel. I work fairly close to this hotel. Now as I parked I laid my seat back and I was texting, this old white man walked up to my vehicle and said rudely, I’m calling the police, you can’t park here especially if you don’t have a room, I’ll even have your vehicle towed. This man is wearing a light blue shirt and was very disrespectful. Currently staying at this hotel and have a few pros and cons. Cons outweigh the pros, but with some things fixed, I can see the room being much more comfortable: Cons: - Toilet flush system is imperfect and doesn’t flush all the way. Performs mini-flushes continuously for a bit after flushing, and toilet itself shifts when sat on. - Door to bathroom installed incorrectly.
