Karen at the front desk was extremely helpful. She helped answer all of my questions and was very accommodating.
I have been staying at this hotel since April, and the hospitality is truly second to none. From the moment you arrive, you're treated like family. Karen knows me by name and always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome. If you have breakfast here, be sure to introduce yourself to Raul. Gloria there is amazing best hotel i’ve been to in a while she know what she was doing and was every out going and made our stay run smooth
Very good service! Raul was an amazing chef, the food was outstanding considering it was complementary. Servers kept checking up on us which I loved! I would definitely recommend this place to others.
