This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Large noisy fan above my room, lumpy mattress. Room and all my belongings were damp due to the humidity. Also the fire alarm went off 4 times on my last night while I was sleeping, and they didn't know how to stop it. You get what you pay for.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel July 25-27th. My experience started off so horrible due to the hotel being overbooked, we had to wait an additional 4 hours to see if we would be accommodated even though we had a prepaid reservation. This was very frustrating because we had to sleep in the lobby. The front desk agent Denise went above and beyond to make things right! She definitely turned our stay around, she was so nice and helpful. Would definitely return due to Denise and her wonderful customer service!
