The location was very clean. All of the employees were super helpful!!! The room kinda sucked due to hearing sirens all night(the hotel is directly off the major hwy). The air conditioning in the room did not work and the room stayed 73 all night. The breakfast was outstanding!!! My only real issue was how hard the bed was. Compared to other locations, this place needs some serious updates.
Location is outside of PC..so you have to drive through another of traffic. To get anywhere
This hotel has very clean and spacious rooms, a well-maintained pool, and a good breakfast with delicious made-to-order options. The friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and reasonable rates make this a great pick for anyone’s stay in the Panama City area. Nothing about This hotel says Hilton except for the name on the outside. You should definitely avoid this hotel if you want a good night sleep in a clean room. Hotel management at this location is a joke. The facility is not maintained like it should be. At night the Hotel smells of natural gas. They claim it from their dryer vents And that it’s perfectly normal for you to be overwhelmed with the smell of natural gas. I absolutely enjoyed my visit here. Elizabeth was absolutely beautiful and helpful. Our visit was absolutely wonderful even if it was last minute and unplanned. Elizabeth helped us find good beaches and made us feel at home. Our visit here made it entire trip.
