Hola buen día , estuve un fin de semana y fue muy tranquilo, buena estancia pero se vio afectada por un conato de incendio y mi habitación fue entregada muy tarde , solicito su ayuda por este medio ya que yo hice mi reservación por medio de una aplicación y pagué mi habitación por la misma , al verificar mi estado de cuenta tengo doble cargo una por la app y otra por el hotel , por favor a qué correo me puedo dirigir o teléfono para ver por qué se me hizo ese cargo .
