While the rooms are spacious and recently renovated, the poor quality of service from the staff overshadowed the experience. With so many alternatives in Ottawa, I’ll be avoiding this hotel in the future.
We stayed in 436 and it was a huge room with 2 queen beds, plus a couch. Extra linens and pillows were easily accessible in the cabinet. No drawers to put clothes. The room was clean and the bathroom was fine except there was no lotion in the dispenser and the shower pressure was nonexistent. The TV was old school, the guide button did not work.
