Guy in charge of parking is rude and lazy. Says the parking is full even when they're lots of spots still left 25+
Recently stayed for 2 nights and had issues with the initial room. After talking to Afsana at the front desk she did her best with finding me another room and made sure my stay was comfortable. She was great and very professional! Thank you for making my stay comfortable! You changed the whole experience!
