Great location for the EAA fly in
The rooms and service are ordinary. My room has a wobbly toilet seat and a wobbly faucet in the bathroom. Abutting the Wittman Regional Airport, the location is highly coveted during the EAA Fly-in during July with an amazing view of an air show. At check-in I told the clerk that I never stayed in a $700/night hotel before and that I bet the room is amazing. He kind of smirked and said maybe.
The rooftop bar is the best place to be during the air show!
The rooms are spacious and there’s a nice selection of snacks in the lobby with a bar that’s open until 9 PM. The reason why I’m giving this four stars and service only one star is because every single day we requested the room to be serviced and it was never serviced once.
