I had a wonderful experience checking in at the Hilton Garden Inn thanks to Sean at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, he was warm, personable, and genuinely welcoming. He made the whole check-in process easy and enjoyable—which is something you don’t often find these days when great customer service feels harder to come by. Sean at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our check in was good and was just flat out amazing! I had accidentally booked for the wrong night and was all upset and he calmed me down and helped me fix it and kept such a calm demeanor all throughout. He is your go to at check in!!
