Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The accommodations were nice, but what really made the stay great was the excellent service we received from Sean and Jazmine. I understand why so many reviews mention Sean; he is awesome! He made sure my husband’s requests were accommodated and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. I stay at this hotel every other week. Fantastic staff, Frankie is a wonderful bartender. He’s always ready to serve. Sean at the front desk is the best guest service worker I’ve had at a hotel. They care about you and your stay, Highly recommend staying here when in Orlando
If I could give zero stars I would. I had my wedding events here a few months back. I had the worst experience working with them. They made my wedding day absolute hell for me. They didn’t have their staff clean up the hall from the night before and my decorator was coming. Then they blamed me. They charged us random fees for having makeup on their towels? Like hello is this not a hotel. You guys don’t wash your towels? And threatened to cancel my event multiple times a week before it happened when I had 50 people flying out... read more
