A lot of downtown is under construction right now due to the Trolley installation. The location is good walking distance to restaurants and clubs. The staff was polite and attentive.
Daniel Q is an exceptional employee. He helped me with a snafu with my booking and was super gracious, courteous, and friendly.
Nice room. Within walking distance of the Old Downtown Market. Charming city. Garrison, at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Dinner suggestions were on point!
The hotel itself is fairly nice but you can tell it’s old. Room was fine, bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrible and no extras anywhere. Front staff was ok but the waiter in the morning at breakfast was very grumpy. It was as if he had to force himself to take your order. Also he gave my plate of food by mistake to the lady at a table next to us but since she didn’t touch it he felt it was ok to take the plate back and after he grabbed my husband’s order from the kitchen ledge he gave me my food.
