Very nice!
We arrived at like 10 or 11 at night with a booking through triveago only to find they hadn't done their part and didn't book us the room or put any information in correctly. Delany at the front desk was AMAZING! I can't stress enough how much she helped and how awesome and understanding she was. I hope she realizes how much we appreciated her especially after flying all day! She has earned our buisness everytime we come back to Omaha which is about 4 to 5 times a year.
Second time staying in this hotel. Rooms are clean, pool is amazing, big shout out to Delany for helping us out after triviago completely left us in the wind (please don't use triviago for anything their customer service is horrible). But Delany was professional, calm, funny and going above and beyond to help us. She definitely deserves a raise :)
The hotel looks very nice from the outside as well as the lobby area. The floors/hallways are very outdated/dark and the rooms appear nice until you really start to look. The AC wasn’t working properly the first night and would not go below 73 degrees. The shower head/pressure was terrible and quite dirty. My TV broke the 2nd night and would not turn on. I’m generally not too picky or leave hotel reviews but unfortunately this was a big swing and a miss for me. Positives: Quiet. Great location. Free attached parking garage.
