It's a little disappointing for a Hilton. No drinking glasses in the rooms. I went to the desk to ask for a couple of glasses and she just shrugged at me and said maybe you can try the bar. The correct answer would have been for her to go to the bar and get me a couple of glasses.
The Hilton Garden Inn, the room was clean, but I had to report issues with the room after entering. 1. The shower door handle was ready to fall off very loose. 2. The toilet seat was very loose. The mounting screws were very loose. Items were fixed, but if you have employees who clean theses room's daily, they should have reported these items for repair.
