Internet was down, booked room wasn't available, front desk agent was ok, not impressed. Location in Southhaven so much better. Very disappointing in this one.

My room was very hot the AC wasn't working and my other coworkers had to move to another room because the AC was broke too. Not happy

Bathroom was the worst and most disgusting thing i have ever seen. What was left of the caulk around the bottom of the Toilet bowl was dark brown, 80% of it was missing and there were dark brown stains on the floor around it. I reported this to the front desk. They sent up maintenance who told us there was nothing he could do until we checked out of the room because he would have to completely take up the commode. That was it.
