stayed here for a work trip but be mindful of this hotel i think someone on their staff is stealing card info. they have charged my card 3x for “cottage store items” i don’t know why and they allegedly have no record of it.

At first me and my husband thought it was a luxurious hotel. Standard and class but it turns out it's not. The day manager made us leave and didn't have a reason but reason she said was a card name not matching the name of the diamond member who booked the hotel, got that situated and then it was the card didn't work and from that it went to they needed a authorization form and once that was done they just wanted us to leave. I would personally not stay here again. There are much nicer hotels in the same price range. Cons: The carpet in my room is sticky. Discoloration on various walls. TV's are old and half the channels won't work. Bathroom lock looks to be broken. No free breakfast you have to pay $13 for a buffet breakfast, but I never see anyone working it. Pros: Good location, soft pillows, decent furniture, nice walk-in shower.
