There was a misunderstanding with my employer and a room charge for waters - I called and spoke with Arthur at the front desk and he took care of it right away. Very professional. He even took the time to email my employer confirmation that it had been resolved. The rooms were clean, lots of hot water, location is in a great area with plenty of food options available. 12/10! Thank you, Arthur!

I stayed here November 3rd 2025. I had active moving insects in the bathroom along with what appeared to be some sort of mold along the grout line on the bathroom floor. I took pictures as well as a video of the creature crawling along the floor. I showed that to the very nice person at the front desk. I asked to see the manager who was apparently unavailable. No food or bar service. I was already checked in and stopped by front desk to get hard key in case digital key didn’t work as I always do. Asked the night clerk for late check out. Was told it wasn’t possible, as diamond member for years, I’ve stayed at Hilton properties for 292 night this year and I have never had an issue getting late check outs before. Had to call corporate to have them get me late check out. I will be returning to OKC every few months for the next 2 years and will never stay at this location again also w... read more
