There was a misunderstanding with my employer and a room charge for waters - I called and spoke with Arthur at the front desk and he took care of it right away. Very professional. He even took the time to email my employer confirmation that it had been resolved. The rooms were clean, lots of hot water, location is in a great area with plenty of food options available. 12/10! how i ended up in this Ritzy hotel is beyond me.
I stayed here November 3rd 2025. I had active moving insects in the bathroom along with what appeared to be some sort of mold along the grout line on the bathroom floor. I took pictures as well as a video of the creature crawling along the floor. I showed that to the very nice person at the front desk. I asked to see the manager who was apparently unavailable.
