The double queen accessible room had plenty of room to navigate a bariatric wheelchair as well as a hoyver lift. The beds in the room we stayed in were not platform boxes so transitions with the hoyer were much more manageable. The queen beds did seem smaller but were comfy. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
The kitchen staff is amazing make sure you talk to Angelica she is sweet, Karen cooks amazing food. She made my family feel like we were at home, we have a big family very diverse, I recommend staying at this hotel because of these lovely ladies they are very welcoming. Cherry at the front desk is very professional and prompt, explained in detail what to expect with our stay. Coffee is always fresh, smiles all around we are genuinely impressed, customer service is next level. 5 star treatment.
Dirt bath room and the front desk lady was shockingly rude. Unlike a standard, regular hotel, this hotel seems like have a sneaky and cheap management style. Not an honest place.
The staff always makes me feel welcome when I come to stay. The breakfast is a good price and the rooms are always so clean!
