Stayed here for work...place is great ....close to the airport....and has a great hotel gym.
Room was nice and clean. But you have to pay for breakfast which is 13.95, then on top of that even though you have our card on file you still have to give up your drivers license up to use a cart to bring items to your room and vehicle. Which I find ridiculous. When you look up hotels that have “breakfast included” it should be free correct? Not 13.95 for a buffet.
Stayed on the 6th floor and checked in with the Hilton app. Room was set on 76 degrees and took several hours cooling to 70. You can feel every spring in these mattresses, had to sleep on my back its so horrible. Not sure if the hotel has ever hired an upholstery and or carpet cleaning service but the carpet in the room was turning my 14 month old's hands and knees black.
