The room was nice and clean. My only issue is that the bed was really hard.
The customer service is trash. Erica, the property’s manager, was not helpful at all. Additionally, I stayed at this property two years ago and received far better treatment at that time. However, things have definitely changed. 🥴 I will not be booking with this hotel again. Overall, it does not provide the Hilton Garden Inn experience you would expect or be looking for. The rooms were nice, but could use update on furniture, the a/c did not work in the room they assigned. Had to move to the 2nd floor. The staff was very helpful. The hotel looks very nice from the outside and in the entry. but, There's no complimentary breakfast. You pay for everything little thing. the location is horrible. There are homeless all over the place even walking through the parking lot at night. Stay at your own risk..
