Rude, incompetent, and dishonest staff! They will lie to add additional charges. Now that I look at reviews I see several people saying the same. This has happened to me twice. The first time they tried to say I smoked in the room. The second time they said I destroyed a duvet cover with glue. They even charged me for the complimentary bottled water. We arrived three hours earlier than check in time. The front desk staff worker recommended waiting to check in to avoid an additional fee. He offered to keep our suitcases in a secure area so we could go have lunch and also offered the shuttle service for getting to a restaurant. We were already impressed because when we called for shuttle service at the airport, the front desk clerk called the shuttle driver who returned to the pick up point to get us promptly. Very nice hotel with a really nice refresh on rooms and public areas since the last time I was here.
Front desk manager Erika is not welcoming and rude! The rest of the staff there are kind and welcoming… what you expect from a Hilton property. You might want to rethink who you have on the front line welcoming guests.
