Nice hotel, quiet convenient to shopping and major roads in the area. Starbucks next door is a perk. Plenty of free parking.
Had an issue booking through Expedia on our end, which was on us. We were aware. However, Christina at the front desk was largely unhelpful and not courteous. Her smug attitude forced my girlfriend and I to leave and go a town over instead. Bad experience right from the lobby.
I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Lakewood. While the hotel was clean and the parking was easy, the service at the front desk during check-in and check-out was far from welcoming and helpful. The worst part was the air conditioning unit in my room. It was so loud that it made sleeping nearly impossible.
