Clean, bright, spacious hotel. We had a small issue with our first room and were promptly moved to a new room. The hotel staff ( I think Jessie was her name) was courteous and attentive to our needs.
I love the dinner food at this Hilton. I will stop in and eat without staying at the hotel. The food is phenomenal! If chef Will is there you will definitely not be disappointed with your food!
Very clean, staff if friendly plus the in house mini restaurant has amazing food. The little mini snack bar you can grab snacks anytime is convient as well.
Clean spacious rooms. Feels modern and fresh. Even the stairways are nice (which in most hotels are unwelcoming places)... Nice and wide, well lit clean and carpeted. Great location. I've stayed in a few hotels in the Oconomowoc-Delafield area and this is my favorite.
