This is our tried and true spot! Love it here. If they could beef up the staff in the restaurant area this place would be 5+ stars!!! Other than that, no complaints!
We were by the ocean and able to walk to the beach easily, as there was a path! The room service was very friendly and the rooms were great! The television was laggy when switching channels, but it’s probably Pro:Centric… Other than that the stay was fantastic!
Clean hotel, modern rooms, friendly staff
Disgusting people working at a disgusting place. Front desk has a bad attitude. Parking is a separate company to sign up for. We were told we could use the outside pool at the Hilton up the street because this one was disgusting. Couldn’t even see the bottom it was so cloudy. Worst pool I’ve ever seen or smelled to be honest. Then they pulled back the offer and said neither hotel offers day passes and we wouldn’t be able to. Never bring your family here. No one will try to make your stay enjoyable.
