The check-in experience was quite disappointing and unpleasant. The staff member working in the evening seemed to have an issue with the slight difference in my name between my booking and my identification. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter by offering to make the necessary changes, he insisted on engaging in an unnecessary debate. He even went on to mispronounce my last name despite it being clearly visible on my license. Hotel was kept up very nicely, friendly staff, restaurant and food was excellent and excellent location on the beach.
I’ve been wanting to stay here because of the location and the rooms seem nice but in the high season the price never seemed reasonable ($250) a night or more. So we came in the off season and I’m so glad we did. I will never stay here again. The hotel lobby and restaurant area was nice and clean however we were like 1 of 10 guest there lol. The rooms are spacious and somewhat clean, coffee machine was dusty and we ran water through it twice to clean. Super easy to do but the hotel doesn’t do it and some area we’re moldy so ... read more
