Amazing Service from Mira! We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Ocean City, and I especially wanted to recognize Mira at the front desk for the exceptional service she provided to our family. I upgraded for an early check-in and received an email stating that early check-in was not guaranteed and would be confirmed at the hotel. When I arrived, I was told I could not check in early. What the front desk FAILED to explain was that I could try again later in the day to see if the room became available. Because of the lack of information, I ended up waiting around the regular 4:00 PM check-in time. Great location, just walk out the door to the beach. A lovely hotel but the beds are a bit saggy and the pillows not very comfortable. Housekeeping is every other day which is fine, but when they did come they took all the towels without replacing them and only made one of the two beds. After calling for replacement towels, had to go to the front desk to get them. I hope this is not a typical situation.
