Parking was not ideal, but Ivette at the front desk was GREAT!!!
Always a great stay with Hilton Garden Inn, staff is pleasant and helpful each time we visit. Nathan was especially nice and assisted with some of the last min changes to our stay. I will recommend asking if your room is facing street side before booking. The weekend traffic can get pretty loud.
The location is fantastic - access to the cute downtown and all the restaurants. The manager George is great, but the shining star was the beautiful, sweet front desk person Ivette. Ivette is absolutely phenomenal - she makes you feel at home and so social. Highly recommend!!
Went to the dining room for breakfast. I could not get a waitress to recognize us if I was on fire. They just don't care. I walked out and called the desk as a courtesy. I was told there are no mangers available until Monday. Well maybe that's the problem! Will not return !! I appreciate your response, that actually counts. You have a 3.7 rating, this is not the only incident I assure you, I do wish you luck
