I am very disappointed with this Hilton hotel. It is in the heart of downtown Ocala in a great location. This hotel should be a staple place to stay. I was excited to experience this hotel on my trip. Unfortunately the rooms are very very humid. It smells of mildew and mold everywhere on room levels. I woke up all stuffed up from this hotel and do not feel comfortable staying again. This issue needs to be addressed by Hilton.
Great hotel great people nice clean room the bar is a great part of the hotel Maya was great last night it’s the next day and I’m still thinking about how great my dinner was
A’maya was great! So nice and professional. Will be back because of her!
I’ve been coming to this hotel for four weeks in a row and couldn’t be happier. The service is awesome. The rooms are clean. The hospitality makes it worth it!
My colleagues and I stayed at the Hilton in downtown Ocala recently and were very happy with the welcoming staff, especially Gina who was our breakfast server. Her personality and beautiful smile made a great start to the day. Thank you Gina, you were great.
