My stay was extremely uncomfortable due to the condition of my room. It was incredibly hot and humid, so much so that it was nearly unbearable. The humidity was excessive; the floors were slick, and the bed sheets felt damp throughout my stay. It did not feel like the room was being properly cooled or dehumidified. Ivette was so very kind and helpful. She made what could’ve been a very difficult situation better. She was resourceful and helped me locate items in the hotel and around town. This is top customer service. Fantastic- would definitely stay here again. Additionally, the location is great - close to the springs.
The customer service was unreal from the manager and staff. Staff even make sure your stay is pleasant even on a quick elevator ride with them. They allow animals with a single, fairly priced deposit which was very surprising for Hilton, so all your family can be with you. Drinks are reasonably priced and were very enjoyable.
