This hotel has the worst customer service! They are short staffed and Rude to customers. Not a good experience.
Deserie, Jen and all the staff made for a great stay!
The hotel was nice and the service was friendly. Just be aware it is downtown and close to night clubs and can get noisy at night. If that’s you’re thing the rating is a 5. The breakfast bar was mediocre, but the service was friendly. Desere was a great server!
