Laura and Zamira were very profesional and assisted us with our needs. Rafael helped us with our heavy bags. Doris R did a great job with our room. The restaurant staff were also very profesional and nice. Excellent place to stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was so professional and genuinely kind, which made a great first impression. The room itself was beautiful, very clean, and surprisingly spacious. hotel itself was fine. room was clean and solid amenities. but the service was not. front desk staff made a billing error and i had to waste an hour of my time on the phone with customer service.
