Great service, location, clean rooms.
The hotel does not have parking and we spent so much time trying to find it. They told us to park our car in a car park on the next block. We left the car there for 4 days and after they validated our ticket, it cost $200! We thought it was going to be free. The rooms were kind of small and there were no views of the Statue of Liberty from our room. We could still see the Staten Island Ferry so it wasn't completely bad. They have a water filling station in the gym but it took forever to fill our water bottles. The ice statio... read more
Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans cet hôtel pour le rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel est proche du ferry staten island et d'une sortie de métro. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec les wc et l'eau chaude de la douche. Il y a eu plusieurs interventions mais on a demandé à changer de chambres après 2 nuits. Une personne de l'accueil nous a changé de chambre et a pris en compte le désagrément subi durant les 2 premières nuits. Nous la remercions pour sa courtoisie et sa compréhension.
