Pros: Fresh smelling, clean, quiet, modern rooms, friendly staff, clean interior, well-stocked hotel snack store. Room service was quick and left our personal belongings alone. Complimentary fruit, coffee/tea, and fruit infused water in the lobby. Happy hour from 4-6pm for wine and beer. Excellent breakfast service and options. The Hilton Inn on Northgate Crossing is exceptional if you are planning a party. I was greeted by the most friendly professional excellent receptionist up front, Trinity. I couldn't believe the service and contact information for my upcoming birthday she gave willingly. Ms. Maria Vergara, Director of Sales, words cannot express her professional over and above service she gave to me. The hotel is a hidden gem, very cozy, quiet and peaceful. Customer service is 100% excellent, they really make you feel at home. Room were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. I will visit this location again when I am in the Houston area.
