I stayed at this property over the Black Friday shopping weekend and, unfortunately, encountered several notable issues. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was already occupied — an error that should never occur. The same mistake happened to my parents, who had arrived just one hour earlier. I loved my stay. As I arrived, I was greeted with very friendly staff which is very much set my experience. Plenty of parking space, the room was very clean and spacious. I normally have hard time falling asleep but that wasn’t the case. There are many nice restaurants and attractions in the area. I also loved the breakfast sitting on a table that overlooks the mountains and it was only $10.00 which I thought it was very little for the food and the service. I definitely recommend the place.

I never leave reviews but felt like I had to share. I want to start off by thanking Aryel, Anna and the rest of the crew for such amazing service and hospitality. This was my first time in the area and absolutely loved it. They treated my mom and I like family. The room and pool were clean and breakfast was great. We had no complaints and will definitely be back again soon. Thanks again!

When we tried to check in, we had to wait for the lady to finish mopping up a mess "upstairs. " The rooms were poorly lit. The bathroom was a bit awkward. The bed was very uncomfortable but if you like sleeping on an extra firm mattress ask for room 201. We raised the heat by 3 degrees before we got into bed and when we got up it was colder than it was the night before. You also had to pay for breakfast. There also was a team of peewee hokey players just down the hall but their chaperone quickly quieted them.
