The rooms are great very quiet!! But beware we got double charged for everything at the hotel!! Costing us over $900. For a 2 day stay. Which should have been about $400 still waiting for my refund. It's been over 72 hours at this point and my card says 15 days and hotel has not been very helpful about it either!! They acted like they were going to be yet nope my money has not been refunded yet!!! So beware!!! Do not give them more the 1 card or they will charge it then take forever to refund you!!! Hotel great, breakfast very filling and hearty. EV charger- Tesla only.
It pains me to leave this review but I feel like it is necessary. We've been staying in Hilton's for 15 years because you typically know what you get when you do. This one seems to be a little different though. Maybe it's because it's a frequent destination for travelers and they can't find anyone that wants to work but the service did not meet Hilton standards.
