My recent stay at the Hilton Times Square South was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. Not only was the check-in process flawless, but I was also graciously granted an early check-in, which was a huge convenience and a great example of pre-arrival accommodation. This place stole my daughter's money. My 20 year old daughter was attending a concert at the Garden and booked at this hotel through Booking.com. When she arrived she was turned away because she was not 21. She paid $380 for this room and was left with no where to stay. The hotel refused to refund. I have asked booking.com to help and they say it is all on the hotel to refund if they like, or don't like. Bad experience. Elevators don't work, bad attitude from one of the front desk staff, the whole hotel smells so bad like thinner, you cant breath. To make it worst, you have to wait for more than 10 minutes every time you want to use the elevator and breath all those chemicals. I feel bad for the staff breathing that, i had a headache just from waiting for the elevator.
