Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights and it was really great. Unlike our bad experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC Downtown, the staff here were friendly, helpful and attentive. Even though it’s close to Times Square, the rooms are quiet and peaceful, with modern decor.
David at the front desk was AWESOME. Helpful and very kind
This is a very convenient place to stay plus a friendly front desk - Sam and David are so positive, kind and fun - plus they gave us tips to make our trip to MYC the best! We will be back!
Location is excellent. You can walk to so many majorsttractions, restaurants. Subway stations. Room is a little small and not luxurious. No toothbrush/toothpaste bathrobe nor slippers. No free bottled water so even if there are free coffee pods. Useless without water. Also. Only 2 sugar sachets daily. Housekeeping is awesome. Front desk is great.
Excellent position of the hotel. Extremely friendly and professional staff. The food is excellent, with a restaurant within the hotel with Italian specialties. Recommendation and thank you for your kindness and hospitality.
