C'est un hôtel ou c'est Disneyland ? Actuellement au 6ieme étage , a 22h (10pm) , une équipe de filles vient foutre le bordel à la machine à glaçons , claque les portes et gueuler dans l'étage. Quand tu vas les voir pour avoir du calme , ça se fou de ta gueule. Personne ne vient voir ce qui se passe . C'est peut être normal ici à New York ?

Decent stay but I was charged for smoking in the room, I explained that I smoked in front of the building, flicked off the cherry and put the butt in my pocket to throw away inside (didnt want to litter out front). I didnt get my $100 per day incidental back and was charged an extra $286 on top of that. In all I was charged $486 for choosing not to throw my cigarette butts all over the city.

Great water pressure but the shower door sealing isn’t the best, so the bathroom floor is pretty much flooded once done. There’s also NO cold water. Just hot or very hot. Rinsing after brushing my teeth…hot water. And the sink is VERY slow draining.

I planned a trip for my daughter and I to New York and chose the Hilton Garden Inn via Internet. Upon the initial check-in, I was worried that this wasn’t the hotel for us due to the rooms being smaller than I had anticipated. However, we navigated through this trip with the coziness of the room, the hospitality of the staff was amazing my daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square.
