Very poor management, Taking 10 more minutes for checking in. There was only a lady at the counter to help the new customer even there are -4-5 groups in the line and that lady is not care about anything for that The room is very thin, there is why I could hear the conversation from the next room and floor all the time when somebody is chatting even midnight. The staff attempted to downsize my room from double queen to king and reduce the view of the room I had. With some persuasion (staff insisted on seeing how my reservation was listed on priceline) the I got a room comparable to what I purchased. He tried to say room for 2 is a king... But my confirmation was for a double queen. He also said the F word in frustration infront of a minor.

Habitaciones poco limpias, con objetos de otros huéspedes detrás de los muebles. Habitación disponible al checkin pero como era 2 hs antes nos quisieron cobrar 75 usd. Aire acondicionado ruidoso, poco espacio.

2 Elevators… 10 min wait… Slowest revolving door to get in… Rooms 0 soundproofing for bathroom can hear my whole family do their business… awkward.

A great spot, clean and good service if your stay a couple of days to attend broadway shows. Actually perfect location within walking distance to MJ and Lion King awesome shows. Also a nice and not too walk to Empire State Building.
