One of my best ever check in experiences ever. I booked through a third-party but Maria at the desk was friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the reservation (not their fault) and they had to do some additional stuff. While I waiting both Maria and her manager offered me a drink coupon to wait at the bar. I didn't need it and it was resolved quickly. I still got the drink and appatizer coupon. What made this stay or unique was the service of all the people that I met in a hotel? It started with the front desk person Ibita. (? Ftom Columbia ) She was extremely helpful and friendly ! I also had very good experiences with the morning check in people Michelle . The hotel itself was kept very clean And was very functional. Yet why I would say there is solely for the friendliness and service of their people !
Rooms are small I see why you have 3 star rude and to many managers slow workers food is horrible drinks are good
I come to the city often for work and I have not received such hospitality checking in at a Hilton as I did today with Ibeth at reception. After waking at 5am for a flight to La Guardia, I arrived at the hotel exhausted and not so quick mentally. Ibeth was sweet, patient, helpful, and made me smile at quite an unlikely time. Aside from the great location (a quick walk to Grand Central), the room was very nice with a view of the Empire State Building to boot.
