I love this hotel! This was our first stay at this hotel and we will be back on our next visit. The staff are amazing! They are in tune with their guest and treat us with such kindness. Lisa was one of many who went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We were on travel for family and business and she gave us extra care. Our rooms were spotless and smelled amazing. This place has gone downhill and I will never stay here again! They have over 200 rooms and ONE person at check in, no help checking bags and ONE elevator in operation. Never again.
I’ve been a Hilton member for years. I am really beginning to reconsider Marriott as my go to hotel! I checked into the Hilton Garden Inn on E. 52nd St. The room is comfortable enough, but when I walked in the door of my room, I noticed the toilet was running. How did this room get cleaned after the previous guest, and the housekeeping staff not notice that??? Good central and near the subway There is no breakfast.. we booked with breakfast buffet for a great amount of Money .. Personal ist partly stupid .. Elevator is extreme noisy in the night .... Some days you get no towels other day no toilet paper .... Is this a Hilton or an hostel...
