My family & I recently stayed 4 nights. The rooms are very clean & the food was surprisingly delicious. I wanted to brag on 2 of the staff members. All the staff was very nice, but Sean & Lisa went beyond any level of customer service we have ever experienced. Sean & Lisa were so polite, helpful & truly kind. My room, 1307, had the sound of elevators passing by project quite loudly into the room. Another guest on the 5th floor had no hot water over the span of 2 days.
I highly recommend Sean who works at the front desk of this hotel— he is the reason I only choose Hilton. Much to my surprise and chagrin a medical emergency popped up during one of my planned trips and he handled it with the skill, professionalism and empathy that few could have managed.
