Sean and Lisa at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. Catered to all my needs.
My stay was truly lovely. The front desk team — especially Sean and Lisa — made my Thanksgiving weekend feel warmer and happier with their kindness. Lisa even surprised me with delicious homemade cookies, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. I deeply appreciated their hospitality and the genuine care they showed throughout my stay.
Perfect spot to stay. Everything is pretty much a 10 to 20 minute walk away. Staff is definitely trained for service excellence. Room views are nice. I had the Empire State building right outside my room window.
