I know NYC is expensive but you expect a certain standard form a Hilton for your money. Starting with the check in it was okay but the valet service seemed sketchy as they said just give us your fob and we'll find your car. No plate or description of car in the paperwork. The room and hallways were so blandly decorated in tan and grey they looked more like a state services building than a nice hotel. My two-day stay here was fantastic from start to finish. Check-in was a breeze! The entire room was exceptionally clean, neat and comfortable for both days!! I especially loved how fresh and nice everything smelled as soon as you walked in. I will be back!

- Rooms were nice. - Great location. - Great staff - Elevator wait us the one that hurts (one doesn't seem to work at times). 5 min wait minimum. - They have parking through the hotel but you can get it cheaper at a lot walking distance from the hotel

Amazing hotel! The hotel is conveniently located near many shopping centers, bars, and restaurants. The rooms are clean and always kept tidy. Housekeeping service is pleasant and make sures to keep the rooms looking nice!
