GREAT location, right next to the E/F. Rooms are excellent. Major renovations ongoing right now which limits you to only one elevator with 10 minute waits going up and down- we walked up to the 17th story one evening because both elevators weren't working. Came back one day and had no fresh towels, called the front desk but no one picked up. Went downstairs (via stairs lol) and she basically shrugged about the phone not working. We stayed here for three nights. They are nearing the end of a major renovation, so the restaurant was not open and they had no continental breakfast. They did have some breakfast items and boxes available, but not enough for everyone. One elevator was in operation most of the time and it usually didn't take long for it to come. Our room was brand new and very nice. They provide soap, shampoo and conditioner. There is also an ironing board and iron and a hairdryer. The view was great. Están haciendo reparaciones, por lo que están utilizando uno de los dos elevadores para servicio de la contratista y un solo elevador para todos los huéspedes. Por el momento no hay desayunador ni baños en el lobby. Eso no te lo dicen al momento de hacer la reservación. Marzo 2026

Great room and friendly staff, but the hotel is currently under construction and down to one elevator. We constantly waited 15 min for the elevator to come, only for it to be full half the time forcing us to wait another 15 minutes. Very frustrating when you are going in and out of the hotel.
