we waited 2 1/2 hours to check in because the staff was unprepared. The carpets are really dirty and old. The carpet and combination with it air conditioner is horrible for the air quality. We had to keep our window open at all times. The house cleaning is good, but the front desk service was not pleasant. there are definitely better options in the area.
Loved our stay here! Sean Lucas at the front desk was AMAZING! We will be coming back again for him!
This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The bathroom had a horrible sewage/sulfur smell that made the entire room unbearable. No shampoo provided — had to shower without it. The carpet was stained and filthy, and the amenities felt outdated and neglected. Everything about the room felt dirty and poorly maintained. If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid this place.
