Great security, great staff, very professional. Very nice and clean and well organized and a free breakfast with my family and it was a great day
Nice spot, great location. We had stayed for 3 days with kids. Rooms were clean and front desk service is good. The only problem we had was with the elevators taking like 10 minutes to arrive to our floor
Front desk was very kind to us when they had to switch our room type. Spacious and clean room, great location
The room was so small and the shower was a nightmare going from cold to hot and back again. Location was the best being in between Times Square and Central Park. The elevators took up to 20 minutes to arrive as there are so many floors and only 3 to service the whole building. I cannot recommend staying here.
Get bag service team and front desk some training. Bag man grunted at me and pointed to another guy that was making a trip up the elevator. Makes me stand and wait there while I’m in a hurry and proceeds to help other guests with their bags. Not sure why, I asked why I had to wait got no answer but got our red bull stolen from our bag. Haha Wouldn’t check a bag here. Also they made a mistake checking us in that resulted in it looking like a no show and canceled our reservation. Sad cause they have a great location!
