Hilton west end. the experience started out great for the past few years however things have gone downhill. I always check in via the app and check into the same room. I have never had an issue with choosing my room and checking in just the night before. I stay at this hotel every time i am in Nashville for business.This time i show up and go to the front desk only to get a card to park in the deck and she gives me keys to a floor that i did not choose. I am returning home from Florida to Minnesota earlier than planned due to my grandfather death, and I was unable to obtain a refund. I recognize that refund policies are typically in place for controllable circumstances, but this situation is beyond my control. This is ridiculous and I am going to make sure everyone's about how Hilton handles this situation!

This is the only Nashville property I use now for business trips. Location is great. Rooms are well maintained and the staff here both at the front greeting you daily as you come and go and the restaurant are the best! Nikki is a rock star at your property with her smile and always willing to help. I needed to find a rental car as my airport reservation didn’t work out and she located rental locations close to the hotel for me and had them printed when I arrived.
