Serena is amazing! Being greeted by a friendly person who has amazing customer service is refreshing after a long road trip!
Not your typical Hilton Garden Inn - this venue competes with most high end (ie. far more expensive) hotels in the area. Within easy walking distance of all downtown destinations (bars, landmarks, etc) and generally an exceptional venue all around (lobby, pool, bar, rooms). Staff and service also too notch - Front desk (Serena), valet (John) and lobby bar (the Kiwi!) were amazing, customer oriented. Have been to Nashville a few times, but this is my new go-to.
Amazing time here! John the Valet driver was very welcoming and helpful. Front desk staff were also very nice and helpful!
