Very poor professionalism. Will never book with this hotel again. Nia the operations manager answered the phone. I am a Diamond Member that only stays with Hilton as well my entire company uses Hilton only. I explained that my flight was delayed from LA when my mother was having surgery and I would not be arriving until almost midnight. Initially it was a 2pm arrival. I want to do a Google review for Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Brentwood. I will be giving them a five-star rating. The hotel was clean and excellently maintained, and the on-site restaurant was very good. The staff was excellent, and we stayed there for a recent 2-day training event and will be staying there for the next time we return for future trainings. Any ideas?
Hear me out.. I had an issue with the 3rd party dry cleaning service (there was a hole in my wranglers) because they returned my clothes the night before my presentation @ work, un-sewn. I am drowning my anger at the bar with Miss Alagra and she hears about my pity party. This woman sends me to the counter to get a sewing kit (that they carry at the front desk) and TEACHES me how to sew my own jeans.
