Used the app for EVERYTHING. Checking in was a breeze via the app. Used it flawlessly to open every door. Rooms (1 bed king) were nice, not fancy dancy but definitely clean, spacious, and comfortable. TV needs updating, it was definitely laggy using the in-app remote and the physical remote. I'm not sure where the $10 parking fee came into play; we parked behind the hotel and were never charged or asked to pay for any parking fee. I had a great experience at the Hilton Garden, I was there for a week and I have to say that the service of all the personnel was outstanding. The Mexican waiter that is in the morning at the breakfast, is really nice and supportive. I highly recommend to stay at this place. Also the area is really safe and just a few steps you can find a CVS, and plenty of options at restaurants, also a Nordstrom Rack and a TJ Maxx.
It would have been a 5 star stay, but on the morning of my planned check out I took some things to my car. When I returned to the room to relax a bit before leaving, my key card no longer worked. I HATE when hotels do this!!! I paid for the room until noon, so I should have access to the room until then. I had to go back downstairs to the desk to get another key card. Huge inconvenience.
