I VERY rarely give a low rating to a Hilton property. Diamond club at this property is poorly marked and poorly lit. Then, the door near the Diamond Club parking wouldn't open with a digital key. I walked in the front doors the chap behind the desk threw up a hand like I was an old friend. He didn't greet me nothing. When I told him the doors at Diamond club parking didn't work, he said to use the front door. I will NEVER stay at this property again. And that's too bad for this property as I will be here every other weekend ... read more

The Internet and GG maps says its a Hilton Garden Hotel, it is not. Its called the Nash Haws. It was one price online and a completely different price when you get here even after you paid online. It used to be a Hilton Garden Hotel.

Hotel front staff was very nice room was clean. Free coffee and tea most of the day. Ok there was one negative issue the cleaning staff will knock on your door everyday at 9 am to come in and clean your room. I complained to the manager but not how as done.
