Stayed for 11 nights during a recent business trip and had no issues. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located around plenty of restaurants. The lobby and room were both very clean, and room service did a great job. Everything in my room worked as it should. Internet was surprisingly good for shared hotel WiFi. Why did I rate this HGI as poor? Diamond level guests spend thousands on lodging and should expect something for their loyalty to the brand and this HGI location should certainly do better. Diamond members at this HGI location get a $10 dollar credit for food or beverage but what's that worth when two eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a piece of toast with tax and tip is $20???
