We had made reservations 2 months ago for a shopping trip to Moncton. The check-in time was anytime after 3pm. We got there at 3:30pm and our room wasn't ready. The front desk lady asked if we could wait 20 more minutes for our room. The parking outside the front was horrible because everyone was checking in at the same time(4 different cars), so people were blocking the driveway and the doorway. That was horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND Rooms below expectations, at least not what I expected from pictures online. Looks like a 3-star hotel online, but feels like a hostel in real life. You can't even be sure that the sheets are washed. Terrible servicefolks. I mentioned our room did not have any towels or toilet paper, and they answered with "mhmm". Not until the night of the next day (over 24hrs later) did they bother to fill the towels and toilet paper. We had to buy our own toilet paper.
