Service used to be really good, but now they don't care about status holders or loyal members. I have spent at least 60 nights in this hotel since 2021.
Excellent hotel in every aspect. I highly recommend it.
Customer care is their main focus and it's in spades. From calling in to book reservation, front desk welcome, to beautiful room with microwave no less, to housekeeping, to the restaurant. everyone went above and beyond to make my stay The most pleasant experience. Kudos Hilton Garden Inn
