Located across from the University of Minnesota, our hotel is within a 10-minute walk to Huntington Bank Stadium. M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center are just across the street. There are several trails and parks along the river, and downtown Minneapolis is four miles away. We offer 5,000 sq. ft. of event space and covered parking.

Hotel rooms were good, clean, everything worked as it should. 2 complaints…1. Parking garage is $30 a night, limited parking spaces and very tight. 2. The restaurant / bar is hardly ever open. Bar was closed after 6-7 at night, no one there in the morning for a latte/breakfast, though it’s advertised having an onsite restaurant open for breakfast. Seems like the restaurant needs new management.
Christina, the night auditor on duty at 430am on 7/15, was so amazing and helpful!! My coffee pot in my room wasn't working right for me and she had just put put a fresh pot. I can't function without coffee, so she was my morning hero😊 and so friendly to boot!! She made my morning!!
I was shocked by my experience throughout the process with this hotel. Booking buttons were missing on room block webpages, our conference name was shortened or misspelled frequently, the area for our presentations didn't accommodate research posters like we had asked, they do not have an in-house caterer so no real quote was provided and the service fees are exorbitant, we were pressured about our catering timeline and setup/takedown because their caterer (who apparently services events but does not cater them) was having h... read more
I don’t recommend it. They clean your room every other day.
