Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional service from management (Deana?) and a janky and faulty online check-in system. Our band traveled two days by van from Colorado to play a late show in Minneapolis with a late load-out, only to arrive at the hotel at 1:30am with a van full of ten tired musicians to find that the Hilton had given away our four booked and paid for rooms, even though we had checked in online earlier that day.
