Dan at the front desk was so welcoming! The rooms were well cleaned and cared for. My mom is in a wheelchair and there were no accessible rooms available this weekend. My mom would rather have a non accessible room at this hotel than go somewhere else. They really made us feel at home and helped us!!! Joel was so friendly and made a point to chat for a bit. Pam let us pull tables together at breakfast with a smile and humor. I can’t say enough about the staff here!!

I booked the park sleep fly package. Great deal. Stress free. Hotel staff were very helpful. Nice rooms. Nice bar area. Would recommend.

The service is great, the rooms are great. But the way the building was built is quite poor. As I'm writing this I can hear the conversation of the people upstairs and their footsteps. Enough to the point thst it makes it hard to fall asleep. If I'm paying $300/night for a room I expect peace and quiet. It's not something that can be changed over night, but more reflects on the greed of the people who invested in this building. The staff was wonderful, and this is not a reflection on them at all.

The hotel across the street is a homeless shelter. When I asked the front desk staff, and the driver about that hotel, the damaged cars, lamps in what was once a pool, they all kinda giggled it off. They have been trained to not talk about it. When walking back from dinner we noticed the badly damages cars, the people smoking meth, and all the shades drawn on this hotel. My car was not damaged during my park and ride stay but I will not be back. People wandering the parking lots, condoms under my car, the drug use, this area... read more
