Booked two prepaid reservations, one through Hilton and one through a third party. The front desk could not find either reservation in their system and even after emailing the reservation information refused to honor either reservation. After two hours Hilton corporate located the reservation through their system, and the front desk person would not honor it. The staff that were there were all friendly, but they really seemed majorly understaffed for a Saturday. We asked for some pillows and blankets for the pull out couch at 9:30pm. We had to ask again at 10:00pm and 11:00pm. A little after the third time they arrived. It felt the same in the restaurant. They just didnt seem staffed to handle any type of crowd. Cathy in the Tavern Inn for breakfast is Wonderful. Joe was equally was equally wonderful with our banquet meals. The staff was gracious. I recommend this hotel and its staff.
