The room I stayed in was super nice, clean, and the desk was also mostly kind. Now for the bad: The elevator sounds like it needs serviced again; brake feels weird. There are no stairs to access on one side of the building, it goes down to a locked employee access area, so you have to use the elevator unless you just want to go outside. the hallway had a smell like someone doesnt bathe their pet (I love pet friendly, but a nasty pet should definitely kicked). Beautiful hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, had very pleasant stay, great complimentary breakfast.
we had the opportunity to go back and visit our hometown in Milford Connecticut. Lived there most of my life went by this hotel several times, but never went inside prior to this visit. Pleasantly surprised with the size of the lobby (somewhat upscale) that had plenty of casual seating along with a breakfast area and a sizable bar with TVs.
