It's a nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and a nice pool. Why does it not have a smart TV? I called the front desk to ask how to sign in to an app to stream a movie, she didnt know and could be bothered to ask anyone else.
Stay in a single king suite. Everything was nice except the television. There was a 19" TV. It took away from the rest of the room and hotel itself. The room was big and we couldn't make out what was on the very small screen without standing in front of it.
This hotel needs a facelift. The rooms are quite worn down. The hallways and open spaces also need some attention.
The pool was closed for our 2 night stay, I tried to use the gym and walked into the hall with 2+ inches of water so I went back to my room with my wet squeaky shoes. The biggest bummer was definitely the pool being out of order. I didn’t know until after checking in and unpacking so had I known it was not working, I would have cancelled my stay and not checked in at all. My kids were super bummed. My state was absolutely amazing Ms. Ash at the front desk was beyond amazing, and wouldn’t five and beyond to help me out I think rate this place more than five so it’s because of her I absolutely would!!! hands-down the best place to stay if you’re here in Midland
