Cheap creaky beds and floors. Can hear every step anyone takes above you. Just generally run down, in need of serious remodeling. Should be a super nice place considering the prices. Won’t be back.
Paper thin walls that you can hear your neighbors all night long. Ashley at the front counter was about useless helping, tried to skip me in line bc a customer behind me in line obviously took precedent over me? Pretty bad when you have to call the police for a noise complaint at a Hilton Hotel. NEVER STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP.

I’ve stayed here many times, but need to move on. Every time I stay there something else is broken. It’s getting run down and management seems out to lunch. Elevators out last time, no hot water for a shower today. The HGI Odessa is so much better, no wonder it’s always sold out early.
Hotel is severely outdated and needs a renovation. Pillows are practically useless. Room ac worked decent, gym ac has been out for a couple months. Front desk was quick.
