This is a simple and clean hotel. They have digital key problems but everything else is fine. Update: They finally fixed the issues with digital keys which is great.
Nice hotel but front desk Deidra refused to give a bottle of water stating had to pay $2 and wasn't high enough member.. silver members are supposed to get bottled water per Hilton policy. Also was awaken by loud maintenance or construction banging at 10pm with power going on and off. Get Home2 next door instead imo
Enjoyed my stay all staff excellent, respectful and helpful. Will recommend this hotel and will be back.
Anytime I’m in Memphis. I will stay at this hotel super clean brand new renovated. It felt like my second home.
