Our floor was quiet. Elevator scary as it made many unhealthy noises and temporarily trapped my daughter. Was told by staff this happens. Avoid the inhouse restaurant.
I would recommend them. Check in was easy. The rooms are played out well and the hallways are large which is quite nice I only just realized. The Bed and pillows were nice and comfortable. The water pressure and temperature is good! The room looked very clean at first. It wasn't until we went to shower the next morning that we realized the soap hadn't been replenished and the shower had hair on 3 walls. I don't know why these hotels allow third party booking sites. one star or less for any hotel that does.
Grounds are meticulous with easy access to the I-5. Our room was clean & comfortable and the pool and gym were a great amenity. Highly recommend
