Muy cómodo y excelente atención volveré. Lo más pronto
El servicio por parte del personal es bueno, se ajustan al idioma, mantienen limpieza y las condiciones de la habitación en general son buenas. Lo único malo es que por el precio uno esperaría le incluya el desayuno, pero no es así, por lo que recomiendo desayunar fuera del hotel.
My dad and sister flew in to McAllen for my grandmother's funeral. Everyone was incredibly kind. Special shout out to Rigo, who is a veteran just like my dad and made our trip so much better with his empathy, comradery, and amazing cocktails. Thank you Rigo for making our stay so much better!
