Rooms are very clean and cost was affordable. One of the best hotels pools I've seen; big and very kid friendly with a zero depth section. Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Michael at the front desk.
Continental breakfast is not free, and not cheap. Kids running and screaming in the hallway frequently. Would not recommend.
Room was clean and pretty big. But breakfast was not included. When we booked, breakfasts were included but updated without notice. Swimming pool was freezing. Kids got cold due to the water temperature. My skin was irritated due to the strong chemical. Pool was not maintained well, dirty, not enough towels during weekend. Wished somebody picked up the garbage so i did it. Overall, it was very annoyed experience so We will not be back
Great stay when visiting the hospital.
