Had requested 2 beds. Had to pull out a sofa sleeper with no sheets. No staff help with anything. Hello!! Disabled room requests for assistance. Staff no showed for hotel eating area. Do better Hilton.
We entered the hotel and were the only ones in the lobby at check in. Two people behind the desk never looked up to great us. They never looked up from the computer when checking in. We asked how their day was going and they said busy. Internet wasn't working.
