Clean rooms and friendly staff. The fire alarm went off at 1am and the understandably the hotel had to evacuate. However, the alarm then went off literally every hour after that. Resulting in my 9 year old and myself not getting any sleep at all before his appointment at the local children’s hospital
Families coming to visit or special event? This has always been our “go-to) for ‘the place’ to stay as there’s lots of shopping, relaxing and great food.
I had stayed in many Hilton other hotels since we're diamond members, but I must say that the breakfast that made to order definitely needs improvement because the bacon and toast were burnt. I also noticed this morning that the night stand on my bed side had sticky coffee stains.
