The workers were friendly, and the place is nice, especially for a short stay. The only problem was that room 311 has a showerhead that drips onto a metal drain, which is quite loud, and what appears to be mold growing around the base of the shower.
They worked on my blinds an hour and let me know I have to deal with them open all night. Diamond member for 4+ years. Never had this terrible of service. AC also sounded like a helicopter taking off. They stated someone would contact me from management, they never did. I asked for help and was told there was nothing they could do to help me.

This was the best HGI that I've been to. The room was great, the lobby was great and clean. The only negative was the cook didn't show up on the last day and I'd paid for breakfast. The food was cooked to order on the 1st day of our stay and was OK, but they really need to clean the kitchen stove and the coffee and water containers for the next day.
I only have good things to say. The water pressure is great.
