The morning I was to leave and my Jeep wouldn’t start. The staff was quick to lend helping hands and jumper cables. A special shout out to LaBarron and Stephanie who helped and enlisted more help to get me on the road!! It felt like “home”. 🥰

OK, so hear me out, this hotel is better than a 1 star but I REFUSE TO PROVIDE A BETTER SCORE UNTIL…you get housekeeping to STOP making flowers out of toilet paper and “gluing” them on to the toilet paper roll with water! Who wants to use a wet roll of toilet paper because your housekeeping team wants to make a fancy flower and wet the whole roll?
The whole visit was smooth from start to finish. Fast friendly and professional. Great location!! I will definitely be coming back!
Just wanted to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Ondrea at the front desk I came in with a friend who booked a room at the Hilton when I say her customer service was top notch I mean exactly that she held a conversation asked what brought us in today and had a great sense of humor literally made us laugh the short time we we were at the desk!!! GREAT JOB ONDRIA HILTON PLEASE KEEP HER
