My experience has bern that T the Front Staff are very accommodating to guests needs. Very welcoming to us and Angel my service Sheltie. She loves it here as well. This is our 3rd time here. Mat one of rhe managers is amazing.
One of the nicest, newer, garden inn's I've stayed at recently. The staff was great, especially, the Hispanic gentleman at the check in desk. He was super professional kind and friendly. Great location, minutes away from lots of restaurants
I recently stayed at this hotel and experienced an issue during my visit. What stood out to me most was the exceptional customer service from General Manager Mr. Nolan. He responded quickly, handled the situation professionally, and went above and beyond to make things right, including assisting with a full refund through my credit card. When staying in Lubbock please seek alternative accommodation. We booked this hotel for one night. My son had a Jiu jitsu tournament. When we arrived late Friday night we were given our room. The front desk failed to disclose that they had made the unilateral decision to change our reservation from a two queen room to a king. We only learned of this after we had already gone all the way up to the room. We had to come back downstairs to ask about the error.
