⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lubbock! The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. A special shout-out to Matt at the front desk—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly kind and even gave my service animal some treats, which meant a lot. Great staff, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere—I’ll definitely be staying here again!
Stayed in room 223. Terrible. Office chair broken, so couldnt use. Entire room leaned significantly to one side. Even in the bathroom...toilet leaned backwards.? Shower drained to one end and pooled. Wondered about the structural integrity. Luckily only there for one night. Won't stay there again.
Awesome place
Great room and atmosphere. Thank you to Michel, our waiter, for making our experience amazing. The breakfast was very subpar. We ordered two omelettes which took over twenty minutes to make even though there weren't too many other people in the breakfast area. When we got them, they were extremely undercooked, at which point we asked to have it remade.
