Overpriced rooms. Although the motel was almost empty they refused me, a Hilton Diamond, an upgrade.
Always stay in this hotel when traveling to Louisville for business trip. Great location, walking distance to Wholefoods, and many restaurants around. They don’t have the breakfast but provide morning coffee in the lobby. Service is excellent, I accidentally left my exercise ring in the room and called the front desk after checking out. Shannon is great, she addressed my concerns immediately and was able to find the ring and willing to send it back. Highly recommend.
