Real friendly staff great place to Crash for the weekend
This place is bad. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and it's the worst i've seen. Second time I've stayed here and the bartender no showed again. Last time one of the two elevators wouldn't go to the first floor. This time the only fully functional elevator is out of commission. Front desk said we called management but after two stays in two weeks, my only recommendation is DO NOT STAY HERE! They do not care about their guests.
This place is wonderful. The staff is amazing! Super helpful. Miss Leslie is just the best. I had difficulty with my vehicle and was at a melt down. Had to get a room another night. She was just so sweet. She helped me to get my wits back. Now instead of tears of frustration, its tears of relief.
do not stay here! its unclean, poor management, and house keeping walked in on us twice without knocking.
