Worked out well for the event that we were going to in Louisville.
front desk was very unfriendly night and morning , breakfast confused!
Rooms are clean as stated. But everything is super outdated. The elevator jumps half a floor before going to the floor you need it to go to. The front doors seem to be falling apart. Pool seems dirty and is very cold. Wouldn’t recommend this for anyone other than if you need a quick (and expensive) room
Zero complaints with our stay here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, safe & convenient location with lots of dining and entertainment options nearby. A fantastic experience from start to finish.
My sister and I were traveling in from TN for Louder Than Life and had issues with our reservation through Booking.com. Regina and Justin, the general manager, were super kind and helpful and found our reservation and gave us two free breakfast coupons each for the trouble. Our stay was wonderful and I will definitely be staying at this hotel again the next time I’m in Louisville.
