Good customer service!
I was in need of toothpaste & toothbrush and told they are not complimentary. When I looked at $ing (which weren’t marked at shelf but rather on a piece of paper next to the front desk) - $4 disposable toothbrush & $5 for small tube of toothpaste = $9 total! If you need any toiletries, I recommend you hit Walgreens .7 miles just up the road. Fortunately my experience as a Diamond member, 95% of the Hilton properties have these items as complimentary.
The bar and dining room is a total gem. The drinks, food, and service is what you would expect at a flagship property. Much kudos to Ashley Maas for providing an excellent dining experience.
