다이아몬드회원이라 룸을 미리 선택하고 갔음에도 불구하고 방이 청소가 되어있지않아 선택한룸을 받지 못했고 임의로 아무룸이나 주더군요. 레이트 체크아웃도 신청하였지만 결국 받은건 한시간 연장된 시간이였네요. 다이아몬드회원의 베네핏이라고는 찾아볼수없는 힐튼호텔이였습니다.제가 가본 힐튼계열의 호텔중 청결도도 서비스도 최악인것같습니다.
