Called to inquire about a room block. We have a corporate account and stay at Hilton properties all throughout the country. The sales manager completely ghosted me after agreeing to send a contract. Terrible communication and customer service at this location.
From checking in to getting my car valet. Everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and I didn't have to sit around waiting for my car. It was a very nice experience.
