I made a mess of my reservation. They gladly fixed it. I could have been charged for an extra day but the manager graciously had a room readied for me by 10:00 AM.
Wonderful stay! Great location, rooms, service, & food. The staff was very friendly & hospitable. Close to the River Walk & good restairants.
While traveling to the hotel, I contacted Joseph through the Hilton app to let him know that my family and I would not arrive until after midnight. I explained that we would like to charge snacks to our room so we could take advantage of our F&B credit and avoid stopping at a gas station late at night.
