Rooms very clean. Had a refrigerator and a microwave. Staff very friendly. Pool was clean. The only issue we had was the valet service was really slow.
Overall good experience and would stay here again. Room and hotels very clean and updated. In downtown location close to restaurants and Riverwalk. Least favorite part of my stay was the hotel saying that parking was $30 a night. If you find street parking and get a spot before everybody is in for the night you can park for free right in front of the hotel. We waited nearly half an hour at 1am for valet to come outside and no one ever did. The front desk states valet is 24-hours without the ability to self park. We drove to a parking garage for $13.50 and walked back to the hotel with children and luggage. It’s at the corner of 3rd and Rock, and I’ve added a photo for reference. You’re getting one star because of the automatic valet charge of $27 and the absent valet. I had to call the hotel to have it removed. Jalon was kind and didn’t give me any trouble while removing it.
