My family stayed here during a road trip from Houston to Chicago. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, especially the concierge, named Jay. The rooms were immaculately cleaned. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the indoor swimming pool.
Definitely the best hotel for your money downtown. Clean, quiet, excellent staff, amazing water pressure, and well appointed rooms. Plus a very walkable area close to several cool places to eat.
Stephanie the waitress at breakfast is really on top of things every morning. She is always taking care of every table super efficiently, has a great attitude, and you feel taken care of. She is the star of this hotel! Rooms are good and clean, looking forward to seeing the rooftop bar open next time I’m here.
Steven helped me check in did great at explaining everything. Alysia at valet took care of me as well!
