Front desk customer service definitely needs some work..
Clean and safe. Very professional staff. My most favorite place to stay when I travel
room clean, staff very friendly. nice upgrades considering renovated. charging for breakfast is insulting considering it's low grade hotel bkfast fare. and this property is one of the pricier options in the area. we come thru regularly and will prob upgrade to another property next time. making staff police the brkfast bar for payment is ridiculous. smells outside in the a.m. maybe an industrial offgas?
