I would like to begin by saying the room was very clean and the front desk clerks were very friendly. However, I have never been to a Hilton hotel or any hotel that charged an extra $15 per person for breakfast. Breakfast was very uncomfortable as staff watched to see what you got on your plate and then brought you a ticket to pay. For the price of the room I think you need to consider a complimentary breakfast for your guests.
Wonderful experience. We were welcomed in by Emily at the front desk. She was awesome and a great person to have represent HILTON. Emily was very helpful to us on our two night stay. She absolutely makes us want to come back to this area and stay at this hotel.. Hilton is lucky you have such a dedicated employee to greet guest. I was pretty disappointed with this Hilton Garden Inn. First off, there’s no hot tub, which was a huge letdown. After a long day of travel, I was really looking forward to relaxing, but no luck. That’s something I’ve come to expect at most hotels in this price range — especially from Hilton — and it wasn’t even mentioned clearly during booking. On top of that, breakfast wasn’t included.
